    Acceptance prior order 

    • Acceptance: By purchasing from our online store, you agree to our terms & conditions. We reserve the right to change these without prior notification.
    • Products: We ensure product descriptions are accurate but slight differences (e.g., color, size) from images may occur. They are all handmade and no product is 100% same. 
    • Prices: Product prices are subject to change. Payment must be completed at checkout or your order may be canceled.
    • Delievery: 3-5 working days if the item is in stock. Pre-order orders takes approximately 2 months. A delivery date will be sent once the order has been processed.

      The money is debited from the card when the order has been received, processed and ordered from our manufacturer. You will then receive a delivery date.


    Our Responsibilities 

    • Getting Your Order to You: We promise to deliver your order in perfect condition to the address you provide. If there are any delays, we'll let you know by email or phone. Where no reply is received, it shall be understood that the customer wishes to wait for the time indicated. If a product you ordered isn't available, we'll offer you alternatives or cancel the order with a full refund.
    • Our Promises to You: We're committed to making things right if there are any issues with your order. We'll help solve any problems you encounter and offer support whenever you need it.
    • Guarantees: We ensure that all our products meet safety standards. If you receive a product that's not up to scratch, we'll try our best to fix it and help you.
    • In this case the product must be returned to us by you and we will send the item for repair.

     

    • Returns, Refunds and right to claim : We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. You have 14 days to change your mind and return your order for a full refund. Just let us know by sending us an email.  You'll need to cover the return costs, though. The address of return is Laskedalen 115, postcode 8220, Brabrand , Denmark 
    • While we strive to accommodate all returns, items with removed seals, signs of wear, or returning in not original packaging, may not be eligible for a full refund.
    • You can try the product in the same way as you would in a physical store.
      If the product has been tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you will only receive a partial refund or none at all, depending on the commercial value of the product.
    • To receive a full refund, you must do the same as you would in a physical store. You may test the product but not actually use it.
    • Warranty Claims : We offer a 2-year warranty claim period in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship.
    • The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by improper handling of the product/service. We'll do our best to find a satisfactory solution for you. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these situations, as we aim to maintain the quality and integrity of our products for all our customers. 
    • Our Liability: We're not responsible for any damage caused by you or others while using our website. We may have to suspend your access if there's illegal activity, but we'll work with the authorities to sort things out.
    • Copyright and Trademark: Our website content is protected by copyright, so please don't copy it without our permission. The brands we sell belong to their rightful owners.
    • Laws and Courts: Our terms are governed by Danish law, and any disputes will be settled in Denmark.
    • If Something Goes Wrong: If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest still apply. We won't give up any rights unless we say so.

      Where the product requested is not available, KHOUTURE shall inform the client of the foreseen delay by e-mail or to the telephone number provided. KHOUTURE may then provide customers with the option of canceling their order or purchasing any alternative item that might be offered. Where no reply is received, it shall be understood that the customer wishes to wait for the time indicated. Where the ordered product cannot be supplied, either due to a lack of supply by the suppliers of KHOUTURE or for any other reason, customers shall also be informed of such and their order will be cancelled without any kind of penalty.

      KHOUTURE undertakes, in this case, to return the full sum of their purchase within 15 days, except for special terms and conditions identified in the product specifications, wherever applicable.
