Here’s How It Works: Stock, Pre-Order, and Pre-Launch in 5 Easy Steps

1. Explore the Collection:

Visit our website to browse through our exclusive range of high heels and accessories. Many of our styles are in stock and ready to ship immediately

Select Your Favorite:

. Choose your favorite pair. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped to you right away. If the style you love is not currently in stock, you’ll have the option to pre-order.

3. Pre-Launch Offers

When we launch a brand-new style, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase it at a special discounted price during the pre-launch phase. This offer is exclusive to pre-orders, so keep an eye out for our new releases to take advantage of the savings. After the pre-order period, we calculate exactly how many pairs of each style, size, and color we need to produce. This will minimize waste and overproduction, using resources more efficiently.

4. Provide Details

Enter your contact and shipping information at checkout. If your item is in stock, your order will be processed for immediate shipping. If you’ve selected a pre-order item or a pre-launch style, this will be indicated in your order confirmation

5. Order Processing and receiving the order.

For in-stock items, we’ll confirm your order and have it shipped within 3-4 days. For pre-order or pre-launch items, your high heels will be meticulously crafted by skilled artisans, which takes about 2 months. Once processed, you’ll receive a tracking number for your shipment, whether it’s for an in-stock item or a pre-order. For pre-launch styles, you’ll receive your shoes after they are crafted and shipped, with the added bonus of having secured them at a special pre-launch price.
